Insurance Coverage

We are currently in-network with the following insurance companies:

We are currently out of network with the following insurance companies:

Out of Pocket

In the event that you do not have insurance coverage, out of pocket payment is an option. Our rates are as followed:

In the event of financial hardship, we do offer a sliding scale rate that is assessed at the time of the phone consultation.

Cancelation Policy

Both your time and our clinicians time is valuable. Please remember to cancel or reschedule 24 hours in advance to your scheduled appointment.

You will be responsible to pay the no-show rate of $75 if you do not attend a scheduled session and do not contact us prior to your appointment time.

Any cancellation of an appointment that is less than 24-hour notice will be subject to a fee of $60.

Continual no shows may result in termination of services.

We understand that emergencies happen. Depending on the circumstances of the cancellation, a free pass may be granted at the discretion of the therapist.
