Anxiety
Coping with excessive worry, nervousness, or stress; intense discomfort in social settings (social anxiety) through the use of cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness techniques.
Learning to cope with sudden and intense feelings of panic (panic disorder) by utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy, exposure techniques, and mindfulness.
Provide compassion and unconditional positive regard to promote healing of hopelessness, low motivation and energy, sadness, irritability, sleep disturbance, and/or loss of interest and pleasure in life.
Working with adolescents on social, academic, and/or emotional challenges throughout teenage years; addressing anxiety, family conflicts, peer relationships, school stress, transitions, social media, self-esteem and hopelessness about the future.
We also have experience and knowledge working with individuals who experience ADHD, anger management, impulse control, substance use, addictive behaviors, and a variety of mood disorders.
